The villa is set in a gated community within ten minutes of all the Disney attractions. It is situated within close proximity to The Bahama Bay Country Club and anyone staying in the villa has the use of all the amenities at the club. These briefly include bars and restaurants, water sports on a lake with a beach and a golf course. There are also a number of golf courses in the area.

Directions
From Orlando International Airport or Sanford:
Start out going Northwest on AIRPORT EXIT toward RENTAL CAR RETURN. AIRPORT EXIT becomes AIRPORT BLVD E. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto FL-436 N/S SEMORAN BLVD. Take the SR-528-TOLL W ramp toward US-17/INTERNATIONAL DRIVE/US-441/US-92/TURNPIKE/I-4. Merge onto BEE LINE EXWY/FL-528 W (Portions toll). Merge onto I-4 W via the exit- on the left- toward TAMPA/DISNEY WORLD. Merge onto W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY/US-192 W via exit number 64B toward DISNEY WORLD. Merge onto US-27 N. As soon as you join US-27 N you need to make a U-Turn and come South bound on the US-27 and in a few 100 yards you will see High Grove on you right hand side. Enter through the gates and take your first turn right, this will lead you on to 316 Summer Place Loop.
