Our brand new villa (completed 4th March 2005) is located in a luxurious Mediterranean style gated community at High Grove, Clermont, Kissimmee, approximately 6 miles west of Disney and other well known attractions. There are many great championship golf courses just minutes away. The local area hosts some great restaurants, shopping malls and speciality shops, and a Wall-Mart outlet is close by.

Is a delightful open plan space, beautifully furnished and with patio doors leading to the pool area. There is Cable Television with remote control, DVD/CD player and an AM/FM Radio Stereo CD Player for your entertainment. A small paperback library, some family board games and a selection of DVD's are also available should you need to be entertained during the evenings.

Contains a traditional dining table and chairs and, with the table extension, can seat 8.

With everything you will ever need including a large conventional self cleaning Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Dishwasher, Blender, Fridge Freezer and Ice Maker. Double Sink with waste disposal, Coffee Maker, Electric Kettle and Tea Pot, a full range of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, and a lot more besides. The kitchen is enclosed by a delightful breakfast bar and two stools.

The Pool
This fabulous pool faces west and overlooks a lake and a conservation area providing a high degree of privacy for the holidaymaker. There is plenty of space around the pool which houses an 8 seater and a 4 seater table with chairs, and 4 loungers. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and observe the wildlife alongside the lake.

Directions
From Orlando International Airport or Sanford:
Start out going Northwest on AIRPORT EXIT toward RENTAL CAR RETURN. AIRPORT EXIT becomes AIRPORT BLVD E. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto FL-436 N/S SEMORAN BLVD. Take the SR-528-TOLL W ramp toward US-17/INTERNATIONAL DRIVE/US-441/US-92/TURNPIKE/I-4. Merge onto BEE LINE EXWY/FL-528 W (Portions toll). Merge onto I-4 W via the exit- on the left- toward TAMPA/DISNEY WORLD. Merge onto W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY/US-192 W via exit number 64B toward DISNEY WORLD. Merge onto US-27 N. As soon as you join US-27 N you need to make a U-Turn and come South bound on the US-27 and in a few 100 yards you will see High Grove on your right hand side. Enter through the gates and take your first turn right into Summer Place Loop. Continue passed Caribbean Breeze Way and take next right into Lazy Breeze Loop. No 16658 is on your right.
