This luxurious villa is located on the prestigious development of Calabay Parc which can be found on the US27 about 15 minutes drive southwest from the Disney World parks and 40 minutes drive from Orlando airport. Situated in a secluded spot at the rear of the development, with a neighbouring villa to the left only and an expansive area of open ground to the rear you are assured of peace, quiet and privacy at all times. Just 100 yards away is the children's play area, a tennis court and access via a bridge over the local creek to walking tracks through the adjoining conservation area. The sound of birds and crickets can always be heard from amongst the trees.

Family Room
The family room overlooks the patio and pool and is furnished with two large sofas, one of which is also a queen sleeper allowing up to eight people to share the villa if necessary. It also has a large screen cable television for entertainment on a quiet night in if you need one.

A large table of ample size just off the family room, adequate enough to seat all your family for that special meal that mum's just cooked (probably a Take-Away).

The Pool & Spa
Fabulous 'L shaped' pool complete with a spa, ideal for easing away those aches and pains after a hard day in the theme parks or on the golf course. Heated for use during the cooler winter months and also fitted with underwater lighting for when the sun finally dips below the horizon. For guests with children the pool can be fully protected using a removable safety fence. An extended sundeck allows you to stretch out on the lounges and top up your tan whatever time of the day it is. |

From Orlando International Airport or Sanford:
Start out going Northwest on AIRPORT EXIT toward RENTAL CAR RETURN (North Exit). AIRPORT EXIT becomes AIRPORT BLVD E. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto FL-436 N/S SEMORAN BLVD. Take the SR-528-TOLL W ramp toward US-17/INTERNATIONAL DRIVE/US-441/US-92/TURNPIKE/I-4. Merge onto BEE LINE EXWY/FL-528 W (Portions toll). Merge onto I-4 W via the exit- on the left- toward TAMPA/DISNEY WORLD. Take the US-27 N exit- exit number 55- toward CLERMONT. Turn LEFT onto US-27 N. Turn LEFT onto CALABAY PARC BLVD.
